We have had the great pleasure over the past 4 years to work with Cornerstone Builders on a kitchen/great room remodel, and more recently we worked with the team to replace and construct a large porch and deck. On both projects, we closely collaborated with Matt Smith, Project Director/Lead Estimator. Matt is professional, is a timely and clear communicator, and has a critical eye for every detail to ensure our projects were executed to the highest of standards. Matt did an excellent job communicating schedules and timelines. He anticipated and answered all questions in a timely manner. Bryce and Ben, the construction crew on our most recent project, displayed strong work ethics, paid attention to every detail, creatively solved problems as they arose, showed the highest of quality workmanship and always flashed a smile or a quick wave when we saw them. Really, the only way we knew they were at our home was by the progress they made each day. They meticulously cleaned up at the conclusion of each workday. Our completed deck and porch project have exceeded our expectations. Once again, the Cornerstone Team receives our highest recommendation.

I am not sure what we expected when finding a builder for our custom home. But clearly Cornerstone was the right choice. The design to the final build was a great experience. They truly believe in building relationships and delivering quality in the homes they build. We so appreciated Lex, Noel and Justin meeting with us to talk about our vision and challenges with the property, Seth who took our ideas and made design magic happen and most importantly Matt and Dave who were always there to take care of all day-to-day operations. Despite the scale of the project and our numerous large change orders, Cornerstone executed flawlessly, within the originally agreed-upon timeline, and with exceptional quality and workmanship. The team took our vision and skillfully executed the plan to a final product that is both stunning and functional. Cornerstone Builders exceeded our expectations. The Cornerstone Crews were careful to be as least disruptive as possible during construction. They cleaned up every evening, as well as hired a professional cleaning crew at the conclusion of the project. The team did an excellent job calculating budgets, communicating schedules, and answering all questions in an extremely timely manner. Their standard of excellence was above our expectations; if they saw something that could be improved, they took the lead in talking to their craftsmen. By God's grace I had Cornerstone Builders designed and built my house 1999/2000. I worked in Tacoma all week and did rally did not know a thing about building a house. They are extremely honest. I if they were not, I could have a house not built properly. I have been in here 21 and a half years. They still check on me and I can call on them is I have questions. I am truly blessed to live in a home they built.

Cornerstone built for us during the Pandemic year- and despite that, worked around issues and planned ahead to keep everything moving to completion. We are more than delighted with our new, beautiful home, which they designed, based on a few pictures and unprofessional drawings from us.
